Traditional diamond-shaped ornaments define the architecture of this small triangular sauna in the mountains of Sørbø.

The project is a small, triangular sauna placed in sloping terrain. Shutters with traditional diamond-shaped ornamentation cover the panoramic windows to protect them from the harsh climate. The shutters also enable a more intimate atmosphere inside the sauna.

The exterior is covered with carbonized pine, while the interior contrasts the dark wood with bright, heat-treated ash.
