Storgata is well known for its unique wooden houses, well-preserved environment, and rich local history.

The retail building was initiated after a tragic fire on the corner plot of Storgata in 2017, and developed in close dialogue with national conservation authorities, the municipality, and the local business community. The project includes a number of historic buildings: Preserved and integrated into the building structure.
